Rates

All services are provided on a retainer basis. Our minimum monthly retainer is $450 per month, which includes 10 hours of service at a rate of $45 per hour. Each additional hour used will also be billed at $45 per hour.

Retainer details:

  • The retainer is on a month-to-month basis and requires a 30-day written notice to terminate

  • Invoices are sent on the last business day of each month

  • Payment is due in advance each month, and therefore, is processed on the 5th day of each month

  • Credit /debit cards are the only form of payment accepted

  • You will receive a credit card authorization form in your welcome packet. This will be used to process your payment each month

  • We track time to the minute using TraxTime software
