How We Work

If you’re considering becoming a client of The Small Office Assistant, we will follow the steps below to get you set up and on your way to working with us.

Consultation. You will speak with Tonya Thomas, the President of The Small Office Assistant. Tonya will answer any questions that you have about the company; she will also work with you to determine what services will best allow you to meet your goals for your business.

Welcome Packet. If you decide to become a client, you will receive an electronic welcome packet which will include the following: Policies and Procedures document, Client Profile, Credit Card authorization Form, and an account login form (this form is to provide us with your 1ShoppingCart, WordPress, etc. login details).

We get started. You're not paired with anyone. Myself and my team work together to partner with you and provide you with quality assistance.

Weekly Task Report. Each week you will receive via e-mail a task report document that outlines the tasks that we’ve done for that week along with the total hours expended from your retainer.

Courtesy Calls. Initially you will be contacted in the first couple of weeks, one month, and then randomly. Tonya will speak with you by phone to ensure that you’re receiving excellent service and to review your progress towards your goals.

It was like having another set of hands. She was dedicated to my success. Her innovative ideas, candor, and conscientiousness gave me freedom to concentrate on other things in my business.
