How We Work
If you’re considering becoming a client of The Small Office Assistant, the steps below are what will be followed to get you started.
Consultation. You will speak with me, Tonya Thomas, the President of The Small Office Assistant. I will answer any questions that you have about the company; I will also work with you to determine what services will best allow you to meet your goals for your business.
Welcome Packet. If you decide to become a client, you will receive an electronic welcome packet which will include the following: Policies and Procedures document, Client Profile, Credit Card authorization Form, and an account login form (this form is to provide us with your 1ShoppingCart, WordPress, etc. login details).
We get started.
Courtesy Calls. Initially you will be contacted in the first couple of weeks, one month, and then randomly. I will speak with you by phone to ensure that you’re receiving excellent service and to review your progress towards your goals.
